    Hydraulic system

Proportional valve can control pressure and flux with high precision and repeatability; Opening type oil circuit easy for checking and maintenance; Adopt high quality hydraulic components of famous brand; With high efficiency and low noise.

    Mould clamping system

Finite element Analysis ensure the rigidity of all key structural parts, thus maximizes the machine quality and its service life; Pressure and flux was dispatched buy digital control system , which can ensue mould closing with high speed and clamping with lower speed; Mould degassing was controlled by MCU;

    Vacuum system

Vacuum machine was from German BUSCH Company with large power, low noise, high reliability.  It can be achieved -740mmHg for the vacuum degree of vacuum pump;
